Bought something you no longer need?

Products that have not been opened/programmed/inserted/used for other purposes may be refunded within 7 days for any reason. Please read the following guide and then contact Service Support by email to set up a return and then return it.

  • All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that come with the product.
  • Order returns over 7 days are limited to replacement. They are not eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs that are not related to manufacturer errors.
  • Some products are not eligible for a refund refund. These include, but are not limited to, custom configuration products, older versions, and dirty items.
  • We are unable to process returns for items purchased from Hibloks dealers. Please contact the store you originally purchased to arrange a return.

Are you buying something wrong?

If your item is defective, has failed, or has been modified in some way, we're happy to try to resolve your issue.

  • Technical issues can usually be resolved without having to ship them back. When you send an email to Technical Support, be sure to provide a description of the problem and how you can use and/or modify the project.
  • If it is determined that it is necessary, please contact the store you originally purchased to arrange for a return or replacement.
  • If these items were purchased a year ago or are in an older version, please contact our service support to confirm that the warranty is still available.
